LOGO RATIONALE

The logo of the Association is based on the anchor set against a square backdrop.

The anchor represents the port operators, while the rope represents the public sector. The entwined rope with the anchor signifies the partnership that prevails between the public sector and port operators

The square box highlights a relationship built on trust, common goals and progress. As part of the anchor is placed outside the box, this highlights the port operators vision remaining ever vigilant in the face of competition and the desire to succeed.

The abbreviation of the Association’s name in the English language, “FMPOC” inside the square box identifies the entity which the logo represents.

The colours of the logo are blue and white. The square and the portion of the anchor outside the square are in the blue colour. The entwined rope, the portion of the anchor inside the square and the letters “FMPOC” are in white colour.

The full name of the Association in English language is printed in black colour on the left hand bottom corner outside the square gives the full identify of the Association.
